Anyway, I've been taking bread with salad for my pre-workout food.
Basically I'm supposed to have carbohydrates, Keongster recommended pasta 1 hr before workout... But I can't be eating spaghetti and stuff all the time so...

The sauce, kind of oriental, but I'm lovinG it (no McD*nalds infringement there): Soy sauce (Saltiness) Sugar (Sweetness) Pepper (For the kick) Sesame oil OR Olive oil | Da Potato! |
